Easy morning run. Woke up a bit later because of Game of Thrones last night. Took it easy the first few miles and felt more comfortable as the run went on. Ran into Jake about 6 miles in and he turned around and ran with me. Added on Leonard for an extra mile then went straight home after that. Jake went to almost my house then continued his run. Good I got 10+ today, with Japan later this week I should probably be frontloading. I know I will definitely not be running on Friday and I will be figuring all sorts of stuff out my first few days there.
