Nice pressed run. Got both Marks and Brian. Mark F kept the pace hot and Mark C out of breath. lol. Felt good, first run back in the zero drops and plantar was there but not that bad. Feeling it less and less. And I was finally able to roll more today. My schedule has been so out of whack. This has been the first time I've rolled in probably a full week. Not good. But I am slowly getting caught back up in the Hamster wheel and making more time for myself.
