Cooldown part 2. After parking at finish. Felt a bit better. Ran slower too, with Terryl and Jake. With the rain and my tiredness, this is good enough cooldown for me today! Turns out everything this week still added up to 45 miles so mission accomplished. 40 mile down week next week.
