Calf was feeling super sore today. I think yesterday, between the run and a good amount of stretching / rolling, may have aggravated it too much. Went short because the calf soreness went down but was still somewhat bad. At least I didn't have any foot pain this time. Since I'm afraid I may have already done too much rolling / stretching I'm just going to leave the calf be, get some rest, and hopefully it'll be in better shape tomorrow. Really all I have to do is survive until the marathon and get my Boston qual, then I'll probably take close to a week off and start building up again (while still finishing my last two XC races of course).
