Trying to get over my fear of ascents and descents. Went on Naticook today for the first time since the crash. I practiced going faster on the downhills, getting into the drops, braking in the drops, and unclipping for stops. I wouldn't say I felt totally comfortable but much better than I've been. Next I'd like to find a hill that is less sketchy to practice on. Maybe I will do hill repeats! It would also be good to at some point hop on my mountain bike and practice bike control in a grass field.
