Notes
Wanted to go for a medium long run but not as long as normal. Felt pretty good once I got into it. My calf started out a little tight, and my left heel has been a little sore for a bit now so been trying to midfoot strike better. Started feeling pretty tired once I got onto Leonard Drive, I think it's because I was pretty hungry at that point. Sped up a little bit on 38 but still felt tired, and once I got a little more hills I slowed down again. No biggie, just probably needed a little more last night to last into this run.
