Hip runs. Haven't done these in awhile. Do a round of exercises with runs in between. Runs are either easy, progressions, or fartleks. Nothing very long.

Foot felt fine for most of it. Felt it a couple times for a second at a time - like I had a "twinge". Beyond that felt nothing. Very confused.
