Super awesome long run today! At the last minute got the invite from Mark to run with Courtney and him and anyone else who could join. Had a great loop with lots and lots of quality Hollis hills. Relatively easy throughout although Mark Courtney and I broke away from the rest of the group relatively early. Was worried too I was gonna be fatigued, because I felt pretty hungry for a bit in the morning, but by the time I was driving over to the run those went away and never came back during the run. Maybe a little fatigued for the last mile but all told felt pretty energized the whole way. No plantar issues I can recall either, although I felt it a bit when I woke up. Will see how it continues to respond with the same level of running, mobo exercises, plyos and calf raises.
