Another 5 mile run. Felt the plantar way less today! Really didn't feel it at all. Started probably 1.5 in at a 0.5/10 pain level. Ebbed and flowed between nothing and 0.5 for the rest of the run. Interesting that it was less today than it was yesterday. I think the lunging ankle stretch I've been doing has been helping. Curious to see what tomorrow brings.
