Planned to do my long run this morning, but the DOMS from yesterday was insane. Gave it a few miles, and it went down a little, but still pretty bad the rest of the run. I decided it wouldn't be smart to push through when my body was crying out for recovery. Capped the run at the normal Friday 6 and change. I doubt I will have the opportunity this weekend to long run which is frustrating, but I need to do the right thing to stay healthy.
