Back at the Pressed run, finally. No Brian today, ran with Andy, Mark, and for the first time Randy. Randy is legally blind and is running Boston this year. He's been in the club for quite some time but I've never met him before. Really cool running with him. Andy was guiding.
And, realizing now I didn't notice any plantar or achilles pain today. Very nice :) Will stay on top of calf strengthening to keep those issues at bay. No eccentrics for over a week now.
