6+, almost 7 mile cooldown with Jake and Colin. With this run I am a hair under 9 miles on the day, and 36 miles on the week. Not bad at all! Especially with a day off! Plan for next week will be to keep doing the 5-6 miles a day but no rest day this time if I can help it. Then similar "long run" to round out the week at 40 miles. Still feeling good and the momentum is increasing.
