Well I felt like running too much today to take it off. And felt like doing 5 miles more than 4. Wore my drastic 3mm drop shoes instead of my normal zero drop. Achilles still felt sore but much less than yesterday. Was sore from 0.5 - 3 miles, then shifted more to plantar. Calf was quite sore rolling afterwards. I may actually take tomorrow off but we'll see. Maybe I'll just do a lighter week instead. No hip issues today either which was a silver lining.
