Cold but calm morning today. Kept the pace a little faster than what I've been doing for typical easy days. Figure I should get back into the habit of 7 flat-ish pace. With the marathon next spring, it would be good to get the pace I'm used to running most close to what I'll be doing the marathon in. Only looking for a Boston qual so there won't be too much of a differential.
