I tried one hill with Carl. That was not pleasant. What soreness I felt before became painfully obvious during that hill. Don't think I'll be doing a workout until Friday or Saturday lol. I still wanted to get more distance in so I went straight on Haggetts Pond then crossed 133 and went left towards Pinnacle Street. I wasn't sure how far it was but I figured it was between 8 and 11 total. However once I got a little ways down Pinnacle the soreness just got worse and worse. It was pretty slow, my legs didn't feel like moving. Still got the distance, mostly because there was no quicker way back. I will most likely be running in the morning tomorrow since that will be the warmest time of the day. I saw zero degree wind chills by tomorrow evening. Fuck. I'm gonna aim for 5-7 miles tomorrow morning, I am still holding out hope I can get some decent mileage on the week. If I'm still significantly sore tomorrow though I will probably have to re-evaluate that goal.
