I didn't know what workout I wanted to do but I was thinking something light and speedy. On the way over I thought of 200-200-400 and decided to do ~3 sets of that. Felt tough to go fast, lol. Unfortunately after the 3rd 200 I started to feel some pain in my right foot, and I decided to cut the workout short. Don't want to risk anything. I loosened my shoe and that seemed to help a lot. But I felt it for like a second again about a mile and a half into the cooldown. Walking around now I also feel it on and off. I am going to do some self-diagnosing and decide what my plan is for the next few days. Right now I'm thinking lighter day tomorrow and still running the meet, maybe take Easter off and then do a down week next week. Hopefully won't need anything more than that but if I do, I do.
