Long run with Mark. First long run in a long time where I've gotten fatigued during. It started around 8 miles and I was quite tired after 10. But I figured, long runs are to learn to adapt to this, so I got myself through the whole 13. I was able to pick it up at 11 miles and I think that gear change helped with the fatigue a lot. It wasn't exactly fast but I finished at about the same level that I started and feeling better than I did at 10.

This is also the first long run in a little bit where I've gone faster, last few were slower paced with others. May have fatigue from week too. But next week will be a down week and I imagine subsequent long runs will be better.
