Notes
Pretty mentally exhausted this morning. Thankfully this turned into a good run. I started by getting myself to just do 4 miles very easy. Once I was coming back I started to feel a little better, and decided to add on for another mile. I also felt like doing strides so I got those in too.
I am gonna try to get my daily run in no matter what. I do feel significantly better now that I've ran. And I am very thankful that my tib wasn't in any pain today, so that I am able to run in the first place. I have had a lot of shit happening all around me I can't control and I am struggling to have the time and strength to get everything done that needs to get done every single day. I have not had rest in so long. I am going to continue to fight and pray and hopefully I will have some free time and freedom in my life soon.
