Hiked today with Jake. First time with snowshoes. They worked quite well, especially given the fresh powder we got last night. Pretty easy hike technically. No real ice to speak of. Great views at the top. 360 degrees with great visibility. On top of that, we were between cloud layers, so we had a sea of clouds stretching out below us. First time I've seen that since Fuji. So majestic looking. Pretty good distance on this hike too, and we made great time.
