Easy run with Brandyn and Josh. Went with them for the first mile and change, then they did a tempo 5k for a virtual challenge. I considered going with them but decided to hang back due to my achilles not feeling great. Did the regular 3 out, 3 back. Met up with them again a little after 4 miles. Felt good otherwise. Can't believe this cold we're still having this late. Well actually I can believe it, thanks New England for 7 month winters.
