3 x 12 side plank leg lifts

3 x pull-ups 9,5,5

3 x 15 single leg bridge

3 x push-ups 35,20,20

3 x 15 single leg calf raises

I felt like going a little harder with the upper body stuff. Maxed out for pull-ups and close to it for push-ups. Felt good. Hopefully won't be too sore tomorrow.
