Good run today. A little slow to start but warmed into it. Felt the quad again but not till after 3 miles. And less sore still than yesterday. If it is from lifting, running shouldn't have much of an affect on it. Still planning to get back in the gym tomorrow. But like I said earlier it will be a lot lighter than last week.
