I ran today instead of yesterday, ended up doing a lot of stuff in the morning and then by the time I got back to NY it was too late to run. I felt really good today, progressively picked it up over the run from I'm guessing slightly below 7:00 pace at the beginning to probably close to 6:00 pace for the last bit. Hoping to do 50 minutes tomorrow, I'll be conservative during it but I'm sure I'll be fine doing that much. Hope my recovery is going quickly enough so that I can have a good xc season. It's been a lot slower than I'd hoped considering I have only about a month until the season starts, but I feel good so far and I still have high goals for myself. We'll see what happens.
