Nice run at mines. Did the first 5 miles on my own, then did the rest with my friend Mark. So slower for that but that's okay.

Calf was sore in the morning before starting, and for the first few minutes. Fine after that. I think it was especially sore, because yesterday I did eccentrics, and barbell calf raises later in the day. And once I finished this run, I felt great, and still do.

Another 50 mile week in the books! Hoping to just keep the 50 train a'rolling, while next week getting back to two lifts / week, and try to really get my sleep and free time reigned in.
