**UPDATE: Felt the tiniest of what could be pain a few hours after. Very hard to tell. But just in case I am going to do the "step back" recommended by most return-to-running protocols and do 10x 1min my next session.**

Another successful run-walk today. Everything felt good. Another day of fantastic weather.
