Went for the workout I skipped out on last week. First fartlek in quite a while. Went much better than expected. I was able to get up to speed much easier than I thought I would. Small downhill sections certainly helped for the first two reps. 3rd reps were tough and the 4th more so. But the times were so short, it made it easy to hang on. 1min? 30sec? Pretty easy to grind for that short a time.

On pace for the first two reps and a little slow for the next two. I'll take it. Honest effort. Also, my quad was sore again today, and this time from the first mile. In the last mile my left plantar became a little agitated too. Will dedicate a little more time to rolling those today.
