Nice morning run up over Marsh Hill. Pain is back in the achilles. Got better after the first mile, and better still after a couple more. Think I am just gonna go for 5-6 miles / day and do more regular calf raises. Will try to do enough to stimulate increases in strength while not overdoing it. I think it does need some exposure to range of motion and workload.
