Notes

5 miles steady for first part of workout. Started at 5:50ish pace, got down to low 5:40s pretty quickly, and stayed there or faster for rest of run. I got a cramp starting in the second mile, but it wasn't affecting my running and went away over the course of the rest of the run. Besides that felt pretty great.
