Good long run with Jake. Well, sorta long run. We helped a friend with a 1600 TT before doing more miles after. So some pre-miles, warmup, the TT, and some standing around in-between, so not continuous. But good enough. Good to run with Jake since he was in town.
That last 6 felt fast, but looking at the splits now they were only 7 flats. Weird. Well, I guess I'm still recovering from constantly having to get stuff done.
