Easy run with Jake. He is doing a race tomorrow so he only wanted 5-6. I didn't feel a huge need or want to go further. Tomorrow will be workout day. I might try going along with Carl if he gets back to me, otherwise might do a short (15-20min) tempo with 200 or 400 repeats at the end. We'll see, I'm not too picky right now. As long as I'm doing workouts to begin with.
