Ran a bit later today, because I ate a decent amount for dinner and kinda felt like a little intermittent fasting. Looking at the weather when I woke up and having it say 24 degrees, feels like 15 solidified that decision. Got some super sleep too, ended up sleeping 10 hours which was super nice. Felt pretty hungry before I started but ended up not really bothering me during the run. One thing I didn't feel today was my calf! Felt nothing the entire run! Right before I finished the run I had an idea of what it could be. All my other runs have been in the morning, while this was my first run during the day. I had also been decently active before running with the errands. I'll continue to schedule my running during the day or in the afternoon and see if this trend continues. Will be running tomorrow, then taking the next day off. Then who knows, I will go crazy and do 3 days in a row?? We'll see.

Also I know my pace was a touch fast, but that's just how I felt like running. This was very much a run by feel day, without so much as a couple glances at the watch just to see elapsed time. I didn't ever check my cadence, but when I finished the run I had an average of 168. I'll take it! That, plus no calf pain, plus just how darn good I felt the entire time, made me really happy. Man I love running.
