Another successful run! Achilles felt quite meh for the first half mile but cleared up and was unnoticeable after that. Strangely my IT band (i.e. under outside kneecap) was a little bothersome after halfway so will roll and keep an eye on that. Otherwise felt great, nice rejuvenating start to the day.
