Came inside right away to do Bouncy Tuesday because of how icy the roads were. Just did a 10:30 warmup (approx mile and a half) and then did 15x100 meter strides with finishing the lap as rest, then a half mile cooldown for four miles total. The strides felt ok, never really opened up too much and my knee was a bit stiff and laggy, but otherwise it went fine. Full stretching after core and hip routine
