Woke up from my 4 hour nap in my attempt to make up for the 5 hours of sleep last night and 16 hour work day yesterday. Was just gonna do an easy 6 but after the first mile or two, decided I was gonna add on and do a full 8 miles and I felt pretty good about it. 6:30, 6:30, 6:10, 6:10 first 4 (25:20) and settled into 6:10s. 6:10,6:05,6:05,6:02 (24:22) to neg split the 2nd half and finish at 49:42. Good 8 miles, sweated it out and feet were sore from yesterday but locked into a rhythm and got a good run in.
