Notes

Got to Res after working 9-2:30, stopped by the office to get some stuff done, then went to go workout before dinner/calling recruits later. Upper track and ran the the first few miles at 6:20-30 pace. Gradually cut down and closed the last mile pretty quick. Splits were close to 6:30, 6:30, 6:20, 6:10, 6:07, 6 flat for a total time of 37:37 and felt relatively smooth doing. Cool being on the upper track and being able to slowly increase the pace.
