Back in action after a week off due to being sick/ dealing with work decisions.
Brisk out- no prehab or ibuprofen but thankfully no major issues. Did 1.5 solo before doing MWF route (mainly w/ Connor since the team wanted to go slow as fuck). and then a small add on. Felt stiff but not overly sore and thankfully no limp (for now) in the calf. Good first Monday back and just going to try and win one day at a time. Core and hips after.
