Notes
Relatively miserable morning out. Decently chilly and pretty windy, plus my legs just felt uber sore from the running/lifting combination yesterday. Did winter route with the guys and then me and Brady added on my reflection-Jesus route/ part of my sunday route back to school to make it a full 10. Run went by fine, felt decent throughout the whole thing but sore. Nice to get the run out of the way though and give the body a full 24 hours to recover. Core after
