Same as the other day, pool intervals- 10 min warmup, 10 min 30/1:00/30, 20 min 30/1:00 allouts, 10 min 30/1:00/30, 10 min cooldown. avg heart rate was around 27 (so about 162) which was not at all acceptable but legs were feeling shot and heart rate was not the same. id like to try and workout always above 180 but i was going as hard as i could go and heart rate wouldnt go up. good workout otherwise
