Treadmill shakeout at South after work- 7:05/6:15/6:05 with 30 on @ 5 min pace/ 90 sec off @ 6:40 pace the last 1.5 miles to shake out the legs from the morning slog. First treadmill run of the year so wasn't super smooth transitioning paces but accomplished the goal of opening the legs up before tomorrow's workout.
