Toasty lunch shakeouot. Said the real feel was 95- didn't feel like it the first 1.5 tbh, honestly felt doable. Then the sun came out from behind the clouds and it felt all of 95 degrees haha. Easy 5 mi around Herrick. Legs felt 10x better than this morning- didn't use sombra and ibuprofen wouldn't have kicked in yet but very minor soreness and allmost no limping to start, big move in the right direction. Kept it easy and body temp slowly rose but felt good. Hip routine after.
