Early long run w/ Iggie. Started at Knoch, out and back through the Whalen path to near the back entrance to Green Valley and back. Dropped him at 10 and added a 2 mile loop in Knoch. Felt much better than I figured I would given the race yesterday/weekly volume. Kept it easy as he was pretty beat up as well so pace was comfortable and gradually built by the end, I picked it up a bit on the add-on.
Solid week- 70 miles+, core everyday (21 days straight now), 2 workouts, and a solid race. Really hitting that gear now, under 170 twice this week weight wise so getting there. Gotta keep grinding in August but making real progress.
