Notes
It was much colder than earlier today at practice. I didn't wake up this morning for practice- had a terribles night sleep and wanted to be able to make it through the day awake and ready for the workout. Turned out to be a good choice, had a good workout, but needed to make up the mileage so after work I went and changed and just did my normal sunday river path loop. Legs weren't so much tired or sore as they were just tight. Run went by quickly though so, a solid 19 mile day, and did core after
