Notes

NRCTC workout #3- 3x3k repeats at 10k-ish effort, in lane 6, with roughly 500 jog (2:25ish) inbetween.

Splits were: 10:32/ 10:31 / 10:15. (5:37ish pace for the first 2, 5:30 for the last one)

Mile splits roughly 5:36 for the first, 5:38 for the 2nd, 5:31 for the 3rd/ last mile was 5:25.

Solid workout- deff mentally challenging doing that many laps solo. First one felt smooth, 2nd half of the 2nd one got a bit hard, and grinded the last one but solid cut down and fitness is getting there. Crazy to see the difference between this week and two weeks ago. Avgd 3:25s for short-rest 1ks 2 weeks ago, felt awful and GRINDED to do that. This week was almost averaging that pace for 3k and felt far more controlled and comfortable. Yes the workout was a mental grind and physically got tough on the last one, but felt really in control AND had no calf issues which is awesome.
