Easy morning run again- with Devin, Sam Long, Steve Froeschle, and Elliot. Very slow to start, then uncomfortably quicker (8 to 7:10), but then settled in and was fine. Run went by w/ no hitches- no ibuprofen or sombra and no calf issues so that was good. SLower and shorter than I would've liked but getting in the mileage at least. Hips at home after.
