Got off work and had nothing planned so decided to go do a 2nd run and maybe lift. Went to Ncc and did it on the tread- did a progression run starting at 6:00 and upping the speed one-tenth every minute for the first 2 miles, then 5flat pace the last mile. Splits were 5:52/5:36/4:54 for a 16:22. The 4:54 is the fastest I've really run anything lately and it felt OK- the whole run felt awkward just from the constant dropping of pace but it didn't feel terrible. Running 5 flat pace was deff a bit of a struggle but I wasn't dying or having to sprint to do it, dropped pace teh last 400 to 4:40 just to change gears. Solid mini workout, didn't want to lift after so I said fuck it
