Shakeout run post-work before the guys do blackwell. Perfectly cool and gray fall day to start- started to rain on mile 1, pour on mile 2 through most of 3, and then calmed down by the end (was not raining at all by the time the team got there). Fun run on the trails in the rain though, definitely was feeling special to be able to take in the moment and enjoy fall weather at McKee Marsh. Calf was sore but better than the shakeout on Monday.
