Four Lakes

Notes

Ran out to four lakes today with the guys who are staying over dterm. Kept it nice and easy on the way out, probably 6:30s-6:40s, got there and took the hill hard to open up a bit, then did a couple of the fartlek segments on the way back just to mess with people and the freshman. Ended up doing 2 min, 1 min, 1 min, 2 min hard (with varied rest in between) and was actually moving pretty well on them, no limp! so that was good, although probably super greedy on my part for going hard my third day running. Most of the run on the way back was uptempo but felt good and was a fun time throwing in random moves with the guys. 2xstrides after than stretching and weight lifting.
