3 mile tread shakeout while the guys did their tempo. Was pretty fatigued going in so started at 7:30 pace and 1.0 elevation as I listened to. a `Grit podcast w/ John McMahon on it. Gradually cut the pace down throughout and finished the run at 6:20 pace, sweating a bit. Splits were roughly 7:19, 7:02, 6:34.
Got all my arm lifting in after as well prior to them doing their intervals and then did a full stretch during the team meeting so happy getting everything done
