felt pretty good on the hills, averaged way faster then last week, although took the recovery a little bit slower. Went 69,71,69,68,68,67, so, not only dropped time as it went on, but averaged 69 overall (averaged 72 last week), so much better- hammy was a tid bit tight- but felt alot more smooth on the hill, didnt exactly have to push push on the straights. Good in general,. just need to drop the recovery time
