Afternoon steady-uptempo w/ Zach, Max, and Connor. Legs weren't super tired but aerobically was a bit gassed. Hadn't really intended on going this fast but after already commiting, kept it steady. Got dropped after the 2 mile and let them go, finishing up steady by myself. Full stretching/rolling out before.
Positive was to workout hard his morning and to be able to go out and run comfortably hard this afternoon is pretty solid
